Thank you for demonstrating domination code terminology disguised as christian terminology.

Thank you Liz. I appreciate your compliment.

Excellent.

Provides a clear framework for pointing out the serious inadequacy of today’s concern for ‘equity’ and ‘inclusion’. The basic domination is not cured by assimilating people into the dominator system.

Well done, Steve... and a few lines stood out to me:

"a paradigm of domination had control of the brain of every perpetrator"... A good lesson/reminder about the severe, gonezo level of which mind-control affects behavior.

&

"a bogus mental and linguistic fabrication"

Worth remembering, as it provides a stance, so to speak, for debunking the domination system.

&

"We are the ones who now need to make this case to the world community based on our original free existence as nations and peoples." Excellent call to action.

Excellent column, Steve. As always, you nail it. I liked how you started with Dee Brown's infamous book and ended with that powerful quote. Perfect!

The books and writings of Vin Deloria Jr. Addressed the origins and consequences of the Western psychosis especially in his book God is Red.

So too did Jack Forbes in his book on the Wetiko psychosis Columbus and Other Cannibals

This reference describes the nature of the Wetiko psychosis

One podcast by James Corbett seems to chime in (accidentally?) with your notion of decoding the language and the metaphors of the dominators. Corbett notes: UN-officers *seem* to speak English, but their real tongue is 'globalese'.

A few months back, I - while temporarily stifling such misgivings as I had towards author Y.N. Harari - purchased "Homo Deus" in hopes of nailing a 2.0/secular/new-fangled version of Genesis (or Papal Bulls?) - in tandem with what is currently known about evolution (or nature, or nature according to Spinoza, or synthetic nature) amounts to yet another system reduced to redundancy by 'explorer' or 'colonial' dominators [since half a millennium+ ago and then some], or by imperialists [at the latest since the early 19th century], or by eugenicists (of the 1860's-1940's, say) or by todays' technocrats/ transhumanists. Simultaneously, older notions of 'nationalism' play out as well.

And what exactly would be the marked difference - watershed even - between globally and nationally inclined dominators? Would that merely be a mattter of the 'metaphoric ammunition at hand,' so to speak?

Still, *domination* is the common threat/thread in these various eras and endeavors. As a European/ Dutch citizen I find it disturbing to look at my culture (and my forebears) in such a way; but so be it. To which I'd like to add that the "viewpoint from the shore" holds out hope as well - sparkles of hope at least. Even so, it is disconcerting to witmess people opposed to WHO-, WEF- & UN-agenda's - and rightfully so - rally around the false (at least misleading) flag of "our" "Judeo-Christian" "values". I am reminded of officer Collier (I think his name was), who proclaimed in the forties (or so): 'They [First Nation Peoples] have something we have lost." Please do realize, mr. Newcomb, that your work has not entered my memory cells in vain...

Pim, Interesting effort/idea of tracking the historical shifts regarding "domination" for seeing if it's basically the same thing with new guises or what. My sense is it's basically the same, and that time does not shift consciousness, rather consciousness shifts how/when it does.

Expand full comment

Thanks Mankh. As I understand it, ideas of consciousness and consciousness “shifting” corresponds to the metaphors we use to paint “reality.”

i see what you're saying, Steve. Agree, and another way is an experience, e.g., someone has a negative stereotype of a certain people, but then meets someone who dispels the stereotype. So maybe behind that is a new metaphor yet the shift is a direct result of the experience.

In hindsight, a week or so later... "Änything that's wrong from the beginning can never be made right": this adage by a Western Soshone sage seems wisdom against (and itself devoid of...) all variants and varieties of domination, 'resets' and mindsets designed to reassert or 'sell' the same patterns of mayhem & destruction 'this one more' time.

Pim, sounds like you're clarifying with the regard to the query you had mentioned, with the awareness that the "sage" statement stands the test of time.
