Here is an interesting factoid - etymological fact, rather - that suddenly jumped out at me yesterday (i.e. during this era of an ongoing "war on humanity"): concerning the last word in that parenthesized phrase - both in German and Dutch, tongues which are as you know closely related.
'Humanity' would be 'mensheid' in Dutch [synonymous to "{all of} humanity"] or 'menselijkheid' [German: Menschligkeit]: same, but with a connotation of 'humaneness', or [by way of a more accurate neologism] *'humanness'. German equivalent: 'Menschlichkeit'.
Interestingly, there is also the variant 'mensdom'/'Menschtum' - *'humandom' - which has overtones of human beings as a huge, dumb, sprawling, indeed ~useless~ biomass [of ~eaters~].

As a writer and someone who thinks about stuff, i especially like the mention of "metaphors, ideas, and arguments" because that's a key aspect of the "mental world of domination", the framework, box, screen from which spews forth most media, education, books, etc. that consciously and unconsciously ignore/avoid the deeper roots from the perspective of Native nations.
